Company History

PrologiQ Business Services was founded in 2013 as a limited liability partnership, to provide services in the property preservation and inspection space.

PrologiQ Business Services covers all aspects of default servicing. The expanded service offerings include origination, default services, processing services in property preservation, support in utility services and several other areas. The promoters have consolidated management experience of 40+ years. The company has also executed several corporate social responsibility projects and the company works toward two broad goals–upliftment of orphaned children and contribution to the environment through tree plantation.

PrologiQ’s knowledge of the process and procedures followed in the industry, their systematic transition methodology, and their ability to ramp up/down at very short notice sets them apart from the rest. Their clients have experienced that working with PrologiQ is easier than most others in the industry.

Sreepriya has over 23 years of experience in the financial services space both in Collateral based and Non collateral based lending and Default operations spread over Indian and US Mortgages.  An Alumini of IIM Calcutta, she is also certified Black belt in Six Sigma and Lean. She hold a certification on Corporate Social Responsibility from United Nations Institute of Training and Research, Geneva. She also hold a level III Certification in Mortgage Advice and Practice from Institute if Bankers, United Kingdom.  She is also on the Board of three other companies engaged in the Manufacturing and Trading sectors.

Kowshik has about three decades of experience in IT and ITES sectors. His experience is well balanced between employment in MNC’s like UBS, HCLTech and entrepreneurship in Capital market space. His previous role was as Head of Operations for State Street Global Markets in India managing global operations and heading the delivery for the customer. Kowshik is involved extensively in development of software products and services and has a inherent entrepreneurial skill-set. He is also the promoter of Astrix Engineering Products Private limited, which is into the Manufacturing IOT products.

Vinod has more than 20 years of experience in Sales and Underwriting, fraud prevention, Operations, Customer Service and Audit in the banking field. An alumini from IIM, Vinod has worked in organisations such as ICICI, ABN Amro, Royal Bank of Scotland, Fullerton India etc He has served as Senior Vice President in Fullerton India and and has set up the end to end digital lending process. Member of Rotary. International, he has been involving himself in a lot of social care acitivities as well apart from his regular career.

Sailesh is a 27 year veteran of the U.S. mortgage industry, nearly a decade and a half of which has been in the outsourcing part of it and is experienced in every aspect of it from origination to default and beyond. Over the last decade, Sailesh has been part of migrating processes, some of which have never been outsourced or offshored before. In Mortgage outsourcing, the work varied from a low-value process like data entry to a high-value process like underwriting.

Sailesh has set up various processes from those of a commodity nature with cost-plus pricing to processes that created special value for the customers. This included setting up Default Management Services for Ocwen (Later Altisource) as a competitor for LOGS and Promiss solutions. This was never done before in India before and was also the first time a mortgage servicer in the U.S. Sailesh also has been the head of the Commercial Mortgage group at Wells Fargo India Solutions. Wells Fargo is the largest commercial mortgage servicer in the World. Before joining PrologiQ, Sailesh was the General Manager and Country head of Visionet Systems and built the team from 175 to 1200, raising revenue per FTE by four times and revenue by 15 times in the process.

Sailesh is an Alumnus of the Accelerated Development Program of the Wharton school of Business, University of Pennsylvania and of the International Business Program of the Indian Institute of Management at Calcutta. Sailesh also has certification in Operations Management from the Indian Institute of Technology and in Environment Management from the Indian Institute of Science. In other certificates, he has a Certificate in Business Analytics from the Indian Statistical Institute and a Certificate in Customer-focused product and service design from Cornell University College of Engineering. Sailesh also is a Six Sigma green belt and ISO 9000 lead auditor. Sailesh’s philosophy of excellence is based on being highly customer-centric with engaged employees.
Sailesh has 6 patents in AI and Big Data and is actively part of several researches in AI, RPA, and block-chain in the mortgage industry.
